Our Reading Room, normally open Tuesdays and Fridays, is not open to visitors at this time. We look forward to welcoming you in the near future. In the meantime, visit the link shown below for information on Christian Science and access to online versions of our monthly and weekly magazines. 

What is a Reading Room? Well, it is a place to find inspiration, understanding, and healing. Our Reading Room is a place to find Bible study aids such as translations, commentaries and concordances. You can also read, borrow or purchase the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. 

The Reading Room is also a great place to chat with a member of our local congregation about how they use Christian Science in their daily lives.  Come by during regular hours to say “Hello”, and find out what is available for your spiritual journey. 

Our Reading Room literature comes from the Christian Science Publishing Society (located at the Mother Church in Boston) and includes Bibles, Science and Health and many other books, C.D.’s, and our monthly and weekly periodicals: the Christian Science Journal and Christian Science Sentinel. Perhaps our best known publication is the Pulitzer Prize winning Christian Science Monitor, an independent international news organization whose global coverage supports its mission “To injure no man, but to bless all mankind.” The Monitor is renowned for even-handed journalism that strives to uplift and educate individuals and thus heal the world. You can read or buy the Monitor at the Reading Room, or take back issues home with you.
